Positives: Staff handled a dog barking situation very well and helped me move rooms quickly. Sheraton is a great brand but this hotel was a little tired as far as the rooms and decor. Location is great. Close to all the good spots in Boston, very walkable.
Negatives: Paint peeling in the bathtubs, rooms were old and tired. For the price there are many better hotels in Boston. It needs a makeover like the Sheraton in Toronto, where we stayed this summer. Haven't updated in 20 years. I stayed in two nicer Holiday Inns.
