Positives:
Hotel has a good location close to few subway stations and bus stops. There are plenty cafe and restaurants around. Hotel staff are really friendly.
Negatives:
Hotel's room is very small, the bed occupies almost all place in the room. There is no any kind of closet only few hangers on the wall. And the worst thing is a bathroom. First of all it's so small that i can't imagine in it any person bigger than medium size. The sink is so tiny you can't wash your face without splashing water everywhere outside the sink. And the walk-in shower likes icing on the cake. Water doesn't run out at all because shower floor is lower than the drain hole. It is so disgusting when you in the morning have to step into dirty water from evening shower. You have to rebuild bathroom and hire for this a person who knows how to do it.

The outrageous additional compulsory per room charge -to cover coffee/tea, rent of bikes ( we didn’t want to rent a bike especially after we saw one person having to pump the tyres before he went out !), cookies . Why that can’t be voluntary I have no idea. Rooms refreshed every other day so on a 2 night stay, room wasn’t refreshed. We will not be going again, that’s for sure

Positives:
I loved the eclectic decor inside the room and the inventive use of the pull up desk counter. The glam theme and lighting was a nice touch as well. I appreciated the free water bottle that I refilled at the lobby cooler. Although I didn't use either of the 2 free bikes for use from sunup to sunset, it was nice to have as an option to get around.
Negatives:
I had only 1 minor issue with the window falling inward after a few hours of being opened (upwards). Apparently it was off its tracks and the force of the wind suction as I opened the door to the room, was enough to pull the windows further off its tracks and fall into the room. Fortunately, no one was by the window when that happened, but it was startling and involved a call for maintenance to come up. I was only slightly delayed for my next appointment, but it's something that I hope was permanently fixed, so the next occupant won't have the same incident.
Additionally, the bathroom sink is so small that washing one's face results in a lot of water dripping down one's arms and onto the floor. I know it's a tight spot but a bigger sink is really necessary.
