I thought the young man at Reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful.

The actual size of the room was a shock. Whilst the cleanliness was excellent the size of the room was a shock. The bathroom was a greater shock. So small that while sitting on the toilet I could wash my hands in the sink. Also obvious that guests were using the sink to pull themselves up off the toilet as the faucet was about to fall off and the sink was coming away from the wall.

Positives:
The hotel was truly delightful! Clean and nicely appointed. Bed was really comfortable and AC really got the room cold. Location was perfect. Two breakfast spots and a 7-11 right around the corner. Easy walk to the T station. Parking in front of the hotel made it really easy to load in bags.
Negatives:
A refrigerator. The rooms could really use a refrigerator. On our last day, I was on my way out, and the man at the desk looked at me and said "good morning". I got my car from the garage and parked in front of the hotel to load the bags, then remembered I had to grab something from 7-11. Before I could turn the corner, the same man came out and started yelling at me to move my car or he was going to have it towed. I stared to walk back and explained to him that I was a guest and I was just running around the corner, but would be right back. He wasn't listening to me, and continued to yell at me to move my car. I finally walked all the back to him and said "I'm a guest! I'm staying here!"
