Positives:
The property is really funky and cool. The bar downstairs with all the beer taps was a really nice feature. The whole place is just Aesthetically pleasing.

Positives:
The room was quiet and housekeeping was attentive. The staff was friendly and responsive. The decor was fun as was the overall vibe, I liked how casual it was
Negatives:
The hotel is over marketed. You get the impression that it's a modern building with modern amenities but the actual space is dated and somewhat downtrodden. Elevators are clunky and don't feel safe. The beer and food hall is presented as being world class, but the food is low quality (warmed up to order, nothing made on site) and self service beer, while having a good selection, is around $1 an oz, meaning that a pint is close to $16 and for some beers over $20. The carpets and hallways felt dingy. The photos for the rooms show a tree lined skyline when the surroundings are all construction/industrial.

Positives:
Youthful energy, fast elevators, very friendly staff.
Negatives:
Food Hall was not great. They forgot our side salad. Also, we heard EVERYTHING going on in the next room through the connector door. Lastly, you have to give the door a hard slam to lock, making explosive sounds from the hallway common.

Good vslue but college dorm-like.
Positives:
Staff were friendly, accomodating and very helpful. Enhanced our stay. Well done to all of you!
Breakfast was more than adequate and station was cleaned regularly and stocked, where possible.
Negatives:
Would have liked a coffee machine in the room, but we managed to get coffee downstairs at 7am.
