Positives: Good location was the only saving grace for this place.
Negatives: I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, they have issues with their payment server and I have to show the hotel my bank statement indicating the payment has gone through. All for the next day for me to realise that I have been double charged and upon calling the hotel, the manager has gone for the day and no is able to help me get a refund. I have to wait until the following morning to call back, by which time I will be on my flight out of the country. Other staff members were entirely unhelpful and unable to understand the urgency of me wanting not a small amount of money back asap. I then called again the next day, in which rh staff were more helpful and told me they I would be reached out to by whomever was in charge of accounting. This didn’t happen. I called the next day, no manager around so I leave a voicemail which is unanswered: Current update: called today and am told the refund is being processed and that the accounting person should have contacted me. I have to wait 3-5 days for this to be in my account. The one upside is that the manager was at least more willing to help this time. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Negatives: Despite booking 10 months in advance initially offered a single room instead of the family one as per booking. Finally given room as per booking but then had to be upgraded for final night.

Negatives: The female receptionist at the desk was very unfriendly : no smile, no welcoming. We got a room on the sixt floor : the room was very small and dark. The window was less than 4 feet wide and tucked away behind the linen rack (if you see the pictures on the website, than you know you are robbed). My wife went back down to ask for another room, but that was impossible : it was a historic building and the windows were small (not when you take a look on the website !!!!). In fact, it comes down to this : they don't like foreigners and they dump then in a dark claustrofobic room
