Positives: Good Hotel for a short stay in Boston. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and the bathroom has a good seize with awesome shampoo & soap. We would choose this hotel again!

Negatives: The parking garage is 5 walking minutes away and unfortunately our bed was broken.

Negatives: No shower gel in dispenser. Housekeeping did not top this up even when pointed out and a tip given. No hot water in shower, so had to have a cold shower three nights out of four. Raised with reception multiple times.
