The location was very good. The room on 9th floor had a good view. The soaps and accessories provided were of good quality (although I ran out of hair conditioner and was not replaced)
Negatives:
The service at breakfast was appalling. The food tasted good when we finally got it but was lukewarm. There was a large crack in window. The bed was not a super King as was shorter (my husband is 6 ft 2). The room was not cleaned by 16:30 on our return, then the staff wanted me to go back out so they could clean .. eventually no cleaning service was provided. One lift got busy.

Room was very small, and expensive. Wanted to have dinner at Bulfinch but one individual was bartending, waiting on tables, running food and bussing the tables. We canceled our reservation as it would have taken forever to be served

Our room was called a 'Traditional Full Guestroom' so we were surprised at how small it was. Had we brought suitcases with, there would have been nowhere to open them AND move around.
The mattress was too short for the bed and our pillows fell down the gap between the end of the mattress and the headrest during the night!
And the blackout curtain wasn't big enough to cover the window. I used a pillow to keep the light out.
All in all, expensive for what was provided.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel, very well located! It is within walking distance of some good restaurants and bars and the river walk.
Everyone there was nice and welcoming, clean and comfy bed

The tv in the room is outdated. No way to connect a disney+ account or other apps, does not have cast option either.

The helpfulness of two staff members 1) Moesha - Front Desk Agent and Carolina(?) who helped book a restaurant for us,

The bed was small compared to other accommodations that we've stayed in. Also whilst we requested two rooms close to each other, we were located on different floors.

Clean and the location was not bad. The lady serving breakfast was great. The interior and style of the hotel have funk.
Negatives:
Some of the reception staff can work on their hospitality. The area in the lift was painted during our stay, and as indicated by wet paint warning, we understood it was the entrance to the lift and as a result of not having clarity on the signage, both me and my husband's and other guests clothing were ruined by the wet paint. The room was cramped, and to reach the coffee machine extremely difficult.

Parking situation. Garage was too far from hotel. Also we lost A/C on the last evening of our stay. Romm was 75 degrees when we returned from Fenway at 12pm. Night manager needed to come to room and reset the entire A/C system. Took 2 hrs to cool down the room.

Lovely staff - even the laundry team offered help! We were given a welcome cup of tea/coffee as we arrived early off a cruise ship. Great location for downtown and transport. Lovely toiletries and large bathroom. Quirky building in the shape of a slim iron!
Negatives:
Room was comfortable however understandably a little small (quirky building & central Boston!) so one side of the bed was against the wall. Otherwise great and we’d stay there again.
