- charged too much (instead of the agreed blocking more than three times have been charged and no refund, no invoice was sent. As the elevator was out of order, we had to use the stairs to carry our luggage ourselves to the lobby without any help.

The beds were insanely uncomfortable. Slanted and worn. The tv hutch frame made it near impossible to see the screen from many angles. The room size was too small for two beds. Only 6 inches between bed and furniture. Next to elevator, need to sound proof

Parking was a hassle. The hotel charges your room 40.00 and then gives you a receipt to bring to garage. It was not explained well and if you lose it or don't scan it correctly you pay--- plus the 40.00 for 24 hours. The room was very small.
