- charged too much (instead of the agreed blocking more than three times have been charged and no refund, no invoice was sent. As the elevator was out of order, we had to use the stairs to carry our luggage ourselves to the lobby without any help.

For a $400 stay for a room with double beds it was extremely small. I was shocked honestly and will not be returning to plus had to pay another $40 to use the garage parking lot and walk 1 full block back on a bad knee. Wasn't ideal n parking should have come with a 400.00 room for one night.
