Very clean, comfortable and excellent location. Walking distance to Copley Square and many restaurants. Staff amazing , especially Cory at the Front Desk. Great lobby lounge! Door staff also terrific. Polite and helpful. Loved the daily breakfast at The Gallery. Fantastic service and great food.
Negatives:
Wish this property had a spa.
Also, The New Year’s Eve party , organized by a third party and held at The Gallery was not good. Many reasons but since this wasn’t organized by the hotel, I won’t list them. Next year, we would recommend the event organized by the W in their lobby bar. A LOT more fun, classy , etc. We ended our evening there and wished we wouldn’t have spent the money on the private event. not at all as advertised and not worth the money.
