Valet service told us 10-15 minutes to get our vehicle, an hour later they still hadn’t located it. Hotel offered to store our luggage while we toured the city as we had checked out. Called valet service when on our way back to hotel said would be about 20 minutes, when we arrived 40 minutes later vehicle had not been located yet. After another 20 minute wait finally loaded up and was on to our next destination.

Bar look cheap, we had a dead insect (maybe cockroach) under our bed, we showed it to your staff, it was still there after cleaning. Also had pizza crust under that bed that we took off. Hotel is old, I think they should revamp it, bathrooms need love
