Negatives: This hotel was terrible I booked for 2 nights me and my wife and 2 kids there was dead insects over the walls and some in the bed clothes and there was a strong smell of piss of the mattresses we complained and they told us to contact booking. Com we asked could we change the room they said didn’t have one available we asked could someone come and clean the room they said they couldn’t this was disgusting hospitality it was that bad we had to go and buy new bedding to bring to the room

Negatives: In need of renovation, the bathroom is in a terrible shape. Peeling wallpaper, cracked ceramics, broken accessories, questionable cleanliness. Carpet smells bad, windows and window surrounds very dirty. Used mattress. You can see dirt on the labels stuck on the door, imagine the rest.

Negatives: There were black grease like stains on the sheets abdachte tub had strange dark spots in the bottom slip proof area No coffee maker in the room or microwave

Negatives: EVERYTHNG WAS GREAT!

Negatives: I had to return to the desk three times because the keys wouldn’t open the door. I ended up staying in a different room.

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that all on the second floor it smells like an old nursing home smell and mildew definitely needs an update on furniture and hallways and need to do something with the smell because it's overwhelming... We got a phone call saying not to go on the balcony I don't know what was up with the balcony why you cant go on it because when you opened the slide it's still opens they just told us not to go on the balcony..

Negatives: I feel the rooms (bathroom specifically) could be cleaned a little better

Negatives: Property needs updating in some areas

Negatives: Bed is not clean and the furniture

Negatives: My room was to far back from the front were my car was parked.

Negatives: I was disappointed that there was no breakfast or brunch served in the hotel restaurant on Sunday morning, following my overnight there. I'd been looking forward to something like that -- not interested in room service or takeout. My room was a good size, but signs of wear were everywhere -- on the furniture and the bathroom mirror had duck tape on the bottom. Another odd feature was that there was no artwork of any kind on the walls, something I don't remember ever in a hotel room. Just a strange observation!
