The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The rooms and hall carpets were extremely dusty and dirty. The top comforter on one of the beds had a stain. I recommended a relative to come with us, and their room smelled like vomit and found a roach in the bed, one on the floor and in the bathroom. The manager was informed about it. Would not recommend again and would not stay.

Negatives:
This hotel was terrible I booked for 2 nights me and my wife and 2 kids there was dead insects over the walls and some in the bed clothes and there was a strong smell of piss of the mattresses we complained and they told us to contact booking. Com we asked could we change the room they said didn’t have one available we asked could someone come and clean the room they said they couldn’t this was disgusting hospitality it was that bad we had to go and buy new bedding to bring to the room

In need of renovation, the bathroom is in a terrible shape. Peeling wallpaper, cracked ceramics, broken accessories, questionable cleanliness. Carpet smells bad, windows and window surrounds very dirty. Used mattress. You can see dirt on the labels stuck on the door, imagine the rest.
