Positives: The staff is amazing, they do their best to accommodate and fix things in a timely manner. The views are pretty good and there's quick access to many of the highways.
Negatives: The staff has to work against a terrible building. First thing off the elevator is the smell of God knows what, but the entire building is saturated in it. Our first room, as they had to move us, the carpet was stained and somehow sticky, there were lady bugs flying around, and the recliner didn't work. First shower I bumped the tub faucet and it came flying off, wouldn't go back on, and then the stove top didn't heat. Second room was only slightly better, still had stains on the lampshades, water pressure was awful, and tub floor felt precarious. Much like the tub floor, the entire hallway felt like it had sinkholes forming under the carpeting. The beds, pillows, and even covers are thin, and not very comfortable, but at least those and the linens seemed clean.

Positives: Nothing. The room they gave me the first time was disgustingly dirty like someone was living there. Then they assigned me another which was as bad as the first one. Then the 3rd one was supposedly cleaned but was still super dirty

Negatives: Terrible. Drove to Boston only to be told the room I reserved was double booked & my reservation was cancelled. No one from either booking OR the hotel contacted me in any way. No phone call, no email. The front desk clerk gave me attitude on top of it. And then the hotel still tried to charge me. I got the notification at 4 a.m. after having to drive back home because there was no rooms. Fortunately my card company flagged it & declined the charge. Horrible experience.
