Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. nothing. It was filthy dirty n we stayed a few hours n checked out because im not used to living in a filthy environment. Im am presently still waiting for them to credit my account w my funds that was paid for 11 days which we stayed only a few hours. It was really horrible.

I was turned away at 10 at night because they told me there was no room for me. I thought I had reserved a room on Booking.com, but after driving 5 hours to Boston for a wake, I wanted a place to spend the night because the funeral was a 8:30 the next day, I found myself driving away not knowing if I wouldn't have to sleep in the car with my wife sitting there shocked as I was. the only good thing was that they sent me on my way with a list of 4 hotels I could try in the area. I eventually found a room at a Best Western about 10 minutes away, but I had to pay $49 more. I really thought when I booked on Booking.com I would have a room waiting that night. A woman at the desk said they should have called me, but no one called. Very disappointed!
