Positives: Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing! She was very attentive even after my 2 year old spilled apple juice all over our bed at 11 pm lol. They came right away with new bedding. The location was perfect near the mall, the pool was clean, and the gym was new

Negatives: It takes a long time to ge your Im deposit fee back. We have had to wait over 2 weeks at times and had to call our bank to ask them to be released, even that was complicated.
