Positives: During check in was asked about whether we wanted daily housekeeping, which we declined and they only came when we removed the "Later would be better" sign on the door.

Negatives: I wish all hotels would consider a protected area for smokers, with benches and covered areas during inclement weather.

Positives: I liked the fact that it was close to the venue that I attended.

Negatives: I found a roach in the towels. My room had no view. My view was a brick wall. I went to the front and asked if I could change room bc I found a bug and the person at the front told me to try around 12pm. I couldn't make it at 12pm I am sure there was an available room. The bed sheets had stains. I was disappointed. Never again. I should have requested my money back. It was definitely overpriced. Just to let the management know....there were people smoking weed outside in front of the hotel. I don't know if were the Employees or the guests. Poor image for the hotel.
