Positives: The only positive element was Andre, the Assistant General Manager, who did his best to solve the many issues that arose during our stay. The other management staff tried to help, but it is obvious they are hamstrung by staffing and supply shortages from corporate management. We were credited for one night of our stay, but that didn't make up for our ruined vacation.
Negatives: 1. At 6:00 am, a bus idled for an hour outside my bedroom window. 2. We asked to be moved to a quieter room-we had to check out of our room all day and leave our luggage at the front desk. When we arrived back at 6:00 pm, our new room had not been cleaned from the previous guests-it was a mess, dirty towels everywhere, etc. . We opened the sofa bed and discovered dirty sheets from previous guests were there. We stripped them off and discovered a disgusting discolored mattress with blood stains on it. The maids brought new bedding, but the new maid was in training and I had to teach her how to make the bed. The bed in the bedroom had only a bottom sheet and comforter-no top sheet. They ran out of pillows for the sofa bed that day. And after all this, the new room still had a lot of road noise. 3. The room had a kitchen with dishwasher, but the dishes on the shelves had been put away dirty. 4. There is a coffeemaker in the room, but they ran out regular coffee, so only decaf was available. The lobby only offered sweetened chilled coffee in cans. Can't start my day without caffeine-Hotel Biz 101.

Positives: Poor experience overall. Stayed at the same location ( different ownership) a few years back and was pleased.
Negatives: Door handle (room 109) fell off in my hand trying to enter the room. Air conditioner/heater had to be unplugged to stop.

Positives: not much, room was ok, was well equipped but more problematic
Negatives: A/C was very noisy even in the off position, kitchen sink had very slow drain but I didn't really use the kitchenette, putting on shower and shutting off was an unforgiving task. the real inconvience was tolerating a diesel bus right outside my first floor window as early as 5am and ran for well over an really!! extremely rude and inconsiderate as well as were the workers at 6:30 am talking loud and yelling to each other for almost 45 mins.... I arrived late paid wayyyy too much for such nuisance and all I wanted was to sleep in till at least 7;30 am but to no avail, of course at 7:30 the place was very quiet...go figure! here's the worst so chk you bank stmt ppl., I was charged a $75 pet fee....I dont have a pet!! it took almost 10mins or more to chk in not sure what tilton video the girl was watching but it told her to add a pet fee to my acct....calling to have it removed was even worst...on hold foreveerrrr only to have to call back twice....right now the so-called reversal, disappeared so now il ve calling the bank to report fraud. I can spend more time calling the hotel that didn't care or calling my bank either way its my time! dont waste your time go to Best Western very nicely run there and the ppl are fantastic.
