It was a nice room. The front desk personal were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
I had to ask to have my room cleaned several times. It was only cleaned once in the four days I was there. I was unable to communicate with the cleaning staff due to their inability to speak English and their refusal to attempt to have an English-speaking member of their staff communicate with me.

Fine enough place - clean, convenient, reasonably priced. Staff friendly.

Bathroom sink was extremely slow - worse, no hot water to shower although there was hot water to the bathroom sink and sink in the kitchen area. I notified the the desk (after a cold morning shower) about the sink and cold water shower problem. I was told that maintenance would attend to it - I assumed that they had, so even worse, imagine my dismay when I awoke the next morning and discovered the sink was still slow and the shower still only cold water. The person in the desk was sympathetic but offered no explanation, certainly no offer to discount the price of the room. Was considering having my business staff stay there when they go to Boston for business - but no chance of that now!

Rooms were dirty the first room I got was not cleaned the bed wasn’t even made. The second room had plaster and dust all over the floor like they did construction in the room and never cleaned it. Also definitely had a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It was very disappointing

They overbooked and didn't honor our reservation when we attempted to check in. It was late in the evening, and they didn't seem to care as the front desk clerk Brian said, they overbook ALL THE TIME, and our paid reservation doesn't guarantee a room. There was nothing available in surrounding towns and we ended up sleeping in our car. I will find out if there's a way to a legal action, but I highly doubt it. Stay away from this horrible business at all costs, and spread the word.
