The location to my daughter is perfect. She lives across the street. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was remarkably clean. I own a cleaning business and would love to have employees attentive to detail as yours.
Negatives:
Pricey per night. The continental breakfast is expensive, and it should be free with the room.
The things I would change inside the room is: there was shampoo and body lotion inside the shower. Maybe have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I could have used that. The bar soap doesn't lather well or rinse easily.

I ordered room service, a caesar salad and roasted Brussel sprouts at about 4:00 pm. It took an hour and a half to be delivered. When I was leaving in the morning, wanted to grab a cup of coffee while waiting for my car to be brought around but decided against it when I saw the sign that a cup of coffee is $3.00. When you pay $400.00 a night for a room, you expect the coffee in the lobby, at 9:00 am, to be complimentary.

Service in the Punch Bowl.
Negatives:
When we arrived I noticed some of the fruit in the fruit bowls by the front desk were turning or had turned bad. When we got to the room we found that one of the remotes for the curtains didn't stay on its wall holder and the remote didn't work. When ti was time to use the reading light only one worked. In the bathroom there are no towel racks or rings near the sink for a hand towel or wash cloth.
