Positives: The twin room suite is very big. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like breakfast is included and the free shuttle to HMS and hospital area. Self service laundry is also a plus but it's not free, costs $6 for washing and drying.
Negatives: It's definitely quite expensive - probably the Boston thing.

Negatives: No housekeeping service in our room for four days (last service Friday morning, departed Tuesday) despite overflowing garbage bin with dirty diapers and rotting food scraps, vomit on towels, sick child, multiple requests daily in 80+ temps. On Sunday the garbage smell so bad they moved us from room 323 to 330 but still didn't service the new room either. Manager supposedly always "just left" or "coming soon" and never contacted me as requested; I have filed a complaint with the town of Brookline for violating health and hygiene.

Positives: My 13-year-old son and I were forced to sleep two nights on an extendible couch instead of receiving the 2 queen beds apartment we booked & paid for at Booking.com. Finally, after 2 days of repeated requests to sort things out, we received the apartment we booked which was according to our expectations. The hotel is clean and spacious. The kitchenette from the apartment was well-equipped and useful for serving a family dinner brought from a good Turkish restaurant nearby. Thank you Linda from the Reception team! You were the only person who, 2 days after our arrival, cared to check our Booking.com reservation and transfer us to the correct apartment we paid for. Needless to say, we did not receive any compensation for messing up our reservation.
Negatives: The lack of interest and respect for the customer from the reception team was surprising. Besides smiling, nobody was willing to do anything, waiting for the Hotel manager to return from the mosque. And, when the Manager finally came from the mosque and I complained about the lack of service, he proposed to offer us 2 complimentary small bottles of water for them messing up the reservation...NO COMMENT. People from the breakfast area are friendly and do their best to make you comfortable. I would recommend including plain yoghurt and some fresh vegetables in the menu like cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes for a healthier diet.

Positives: The hotel is very close to the metro station. The room was clean and having a kitchen in the room saved us a ton of money. The breakfast room staff was super friendly.
Negatives: The pool was the smallest I'd ever seen. One dryer in the laundry room was out of service and the other still left my small load of laundry damp. Despite having 4 registered guests in our room, house keeping only ever gave us 2-3 towels per day

Positives: It's a nice hotel in a great location with helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Negatives: The room had some vibration noises due to the thunder and lightning/ and the trucks that drove through town, but I was able to remedy that with some portions of tissue in the cracks of a vent cutout. It was kind of expensive.
