Positives:
Room was clean and comfortable. USB chargers were provided. Bathroom was clean. There was an iron and ironing board in the room which came in handy. Happy the room had a refrigerator. Also the hotel has plenty of free parking, which was nice.
Negatives:
Showers have a flow regulator on them which makes for a miserable shower experience. It’s enough to get clean but you will spend longer in the shower to get the soap washed off properly. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. No safe in the room; didn’t like that... don’t want to have to carry valuables with me when I go out to dinner. Outrageous charge for the in-room bottled water (cheapest bottles that you can buy at a warehouse club, then charging $8 for something worth maybe 10¢ Is not cool). Bottled water should be complimentary. Why is it that a $30 per night hotel room in Asia can provide free bottled water while a $120-$150 per night hotel in the US charges $8 a bottle for the same thing? Ridiculous.

Positives:
Decent location
Negatives:
Front desk was not that friendly and had an issue in my room that there was major confusion before checking in. Treated me like I was a nuisance and said they couldn’t wait until October was over so it slows down. The manager and the maintenance guy Ty were very nice and helpful

It was Okay but not...
Negatives:
We booked a room for 3 people. 1 king size bed and sofa-bed which was not made. We asked to make the sofa-bed for 3 times. When we returned home late night it still wasn’t made, they just threw sheets and pillows on the other bed. For the price of $360 it’s unacceptable.

Positives:
The property was located in a nice little nook with privacy and out of the “city” but very conveniently located to the Burlington mall and not far from Boston.. without traffic of course. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the hair soap brand!
Negatives:
The property was fairly clean but did not look like it was cleaned well, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms are small and very low water pressure. The bar was “open” but they had someone back there who didn’t know how to make even the most basic drinks and although he was excellent and very nice it is unfortunate to make people pay for bad drinks. Just close the bar, but maybe give a bit of a refund for those who booked during the time the bar was closed some people look for specific hotels with bars inside the stay. The breakfast was not free and it was terrible. The pancakes were literally like eggo brand warmed up but they were cold when we got there at 7:30am. The syrup tasted like cardboard. Bad staff for food. Definitely needs work.

Positives:
Hotel was clean beds were soft. They provided an extra long pillow which was a nice addition.
Negatives:
The verification page for the wifi was difficult. It wouldn't come up on my phone. Was never able to get into the wifi. Asked the front desk they said it was my phone issue. Other hotel brands have easier verification methods. Not sure what Hiltons is doing.
TV resets everytime its shut off to a home screen for the hotel then you have to select watch TV. I just find this annoying and unnecessary. What is this actually helping with?
The between bed nightstand was not working. Figured out it was all plugged into a power strip that was turned off. But it was boarded up so you really couldn't see. Luckily I could figure it out and just get my finger in to turn on the power strip. A really silly and inconvient set up.
Cable connection on TV was also broken. Had to wiggle it to make sure it stayed in and clear but came loose easily when bumped
