Location is the best, access to 2nd - 3rd Ave shops , nite spots and restaurants is a short walk from the hotel. Quiet and relaxing studio room and great view overlooking the Burlington Mall.

Rooms were decent for the price. Have stayed at this location multiple times. TV was broken and I was immediately switched rooms without problem. Left my AirPods in the room after checkout and staff located them and kindle mailed them back to me.

Parking lot way too dark at night. Felt uncomfortable. Terrible entrance and lobby. No breakfast. Worn out furniture. Dirty carpet throughout the hotel, Shampo bottle empty, Way overpriced. Will never stay in another Sonesta property. Certainly will NOT recommend this hotel.
