Comfortable, seemed safe for solo...
Positives:
Convenient location close to stores and restaurants. Close to Lahey Hospital. Love the suites have all the kitchen essentials needed to prep meals here etc.
Negatives:
Heavily scented rooms. Rooms had a very fragrant smell., i’m not sure if it’s cleaning product or air freshener, but it was too strong for me.

Positives:
The staff was amazing and the manager tried to help us out coming from a 20 hour drive. Husband has MS and elevator was broken. The room rented was flooded .
Negatives:
Some residents were amazingly very rude and disrespectful through out the night. Teo service dogs barked all night fue to the yelling and arguing above

The location was great. When you walk into the lobby the smell of the place was immaculate !

The walls need fresh paint. If you’re staying multiple nights a housekeeper should be dropping off fresh linen / toiletries. The shop across from the front desk lacked so many items. The biggest turn off was that I was charged double for my stay. That had never happened to me.

I feel like this hotel was housing migrants long term which should be told to customers upon booking.There was trash outside peoples rooms, stains all over the rugs leading to rooms, the elevator made weird noises. They were out of everything at the onsite store except for bottled water, It smelled like a lot of pets also were living there like dirty dog smells. They tried to cancel my booking then called back and said they could still accommodate which was weird but I went with it. My room was not exactly clean looked like someone shaved in the bathroom sink and it didn't get all cleaned up. I asked for some cleaning supplies to touch up areas and they did bring some to the room. For the price point and the condition of the rooms in addition to the environment I thought it was motel not a hotel. I would not book again.

Located in a nice small town close to a bunch of cafes, amazing big grocery store Wegmans, and LifeTime athletic country club. Pretty quiet area. Beds are great and spacious. Nice small kitchen with a few pots, some cutlery, and food disposer in the sink. There are also big fridge, toaster, stove, and other kitchen appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is great. Free laundry machines.
Negatives:
Toaster and food disposer in the sink were broken. Found ants in the room on the first floor. Thankfully, I was moved to a different room on the third floor. The floor is dirty in the corners of the room.

Nothing stands out.
Negatives:
1. Dirty and old furnature, some falling apart at the seams.
2.No hooks or hangers in the bathroom to hang clothes and/or towels.
3. The light above the sink did not work.
4. Lighting in the room was poor.
5. Cleaning crew made noise during the early morning.
6. Bad smell in the hotel corridors due to old facilities...rugs, etc.
7. Credit card reader failed to recognize credit card. Credit card worked fine at all aother locations.
8. All and all, there is a need of major renovation in this hotel.
