Positives:
Room had everyting as advertised and lots of little places to stash belongings so the suite did not become cluttered. The bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, the kitchen was very handy.
Negatives:
There was mold around the air vent in the bedroom. The outdoor grills were a great feature, but there were guests constantly smoking in that area so it reaked of cigarette smoke while we cooked our dinner. There were lots of cigarette butts on the ground. Some guests were loud, particularly above us. It sounded like they were rolling the office chair back and forth on the kitchen floor late in the evening, but we were able to fall asleep and sleep well.

Positives:
Location. Proximity to Wegmans and adjacent charming eatery area are real pluses. We loved Osteria Nino!
Negatives:
We've stayed here many times, and the place is getting really shabby and, unfortunately, expensive. The bed and shower were fine, but the furniture and cabinets are looking quite beat-up, and the refrigerator's icemaker didn't work. Despite the property's no-smoking policy, the third-floor corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. While we appreciate the free coffee in the common area, it was undrinkable. I'd like to see Sonesta do better.

An OK place to stay...
Positives:
Staff was very welcoming. The whole place had a fresh clean smell. The ground and outside looked great. Great little sitting area outside for the smokers.
Negatives:
The rooms were a little run down. furniture and cabinets were worn broken and shabby. Carpet had red and blue stains on it. It was room 202. Stairway carpets all needed a good cleaning. Sorry I am just telling you what i saw and being honest.

Location was a little out but parking was good. Spacious. Bed was very comfy and sheets felt lovely.

There was an odd animal like smell in the room and was quite rough around the edges. Units chipped and scraped. Felt dirty. Had to wait ten minutes to check in as no one at front desk but the older lady the following day was super helpful with the washing room.
