Positives:
As compared to the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. I got upgraded to a suite room and it was perfect actually. Staff was courteous and they also had laundry machines which was app operated. Such a relief for solo travellers like myself.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the lift was not working and after a 7 hour flight, climbing 4 stairs to get to my upgraded room wasn’t exactly charming, also the exit stairs smelled really bad. The location is a bit isolated but there are malls if you take a cab/ car nearby. It was a bit expensive however the cheapest in boston for my dates. I feel if they maintained it a bit well, it could be good.

Positives:
Convenient location close to Wegmans & several good restaurants. Also about a one mile drive to Lahey medical center. We were staying there for a week while my son had surgery. We liked that the suites have a functional kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, dishes and dishwasher.

A high pitched annoying noise that we heard on and off throughout the day. Thankfully did not hear it during sleeping hours. Think the place could use some TLC in common areas like hallway carpeting etc. Last for me personally the hotel is too fragrant . I’m sensitive to smells so it may not bother people who are not

Convenient location close to stores and restaurants. Close to Lahey Hospital. Love the suites have all the kitchen essentials needed to prep meals here etc.

Heavily scented rooms. Rooms had a very fragrant smell., i’m not sure if it’s cleaning product or air freshener, but it was too strong for me.

Positives:
The staff was amazing and the manager tried to help us out coming from a 20 hour drive. Husband has MS and elevator was broken. The room rented was flooded .
Negatives:
Some residents were amazingly very rude and disrespectful through out the night. Teo service dogs barked all night fue to the yelling and arguing above
