Positives:
Super convenient location with a short subway journey downtown, station 5 min walk away. Not too far from Harvard campus either. Concierge were very helpful with checking in and helping me with my luggage. Beds are comfortable and rooms are plenty big enough. Breakfast buffet is very good and accommodates to dietary restrictions
Negatives:
Subway tracks go right past the hotel and can be seen from the window of north facing rooms, it can be quite loud but become less frequent overnight. I am a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me. The hotel also provides white noise machines but I can imagine this may still be problematic for light sleepers

We were greeted with "Ok what are we doing?" How about hello, welcome to Fairfield Inn and Suites.
Self parking was fine but not sure why I had to pay $40.00 for it.

The room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well lit. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods offered.
Negatives:
the room was very small, and there didnt appear to be any soundproofing in the walls or ceiling. We could hear and feel the heavy footsteps of the people walking in the room above us

The hotel was it was expensive and we had to pay $40 for parking ticket that was ridiculous to
the room. It was a lot of noise every two minutes the train passed it was a lot of noise from the train all night by to my window. We can even sleep for the whole night so every two minute you have train coming by, so it was terrible. I can never stay in the hotel never I don’t recommend this hotel nobody to stay in the hotel, it’s a lot of noise from the train
