Great location for moving into Harvard Law School dorm. Very comfortable beds/bedding. Clean. Safe. Adequate lifts/elevators (although stairs could be easier to use).
Negatives:
Room wasn't ready until 5pm(!) even though I'd told them to expect me around 2pm because of my flight arrival time and official check in is 3pm. Air conditioning set to override guest preference if you want to sleep at a temperature lower than 72. Water pressure/volume in showers too low. Bland breakfast offering and not included in expensive room rate.

Positives:
Service was excellent, every team member - housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, restaurant. Everyone really did their best.
Negatives:
Rooms are dated but large and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like night lights in the bathrooms. They are updating the rooms this Autumn.
