The view was absolutely amazing, wish it hadn't been so cloudy.The restaurants in the lobby were nice, my daughter was very happy about the Starbucks. I didn't use the pool, but did go check it out, it was a good size.
Negatives:
The gentlemen who checked me in didn't tell me, even though I asked about the total being charged on my card, that there was a 75.00 holding fee, which was fine, but I specifically asked if the total being charged was a certain amount & he said yes then I got charged the 75 plus a 2.49 fee for something or other. Also an employee dellivering food to a room near mine opened our door & walked in without even knocking.

I went on a business trip and took my family with me, and I found the following issues very disappointing:
When I arrived tired, my room was not ready even though it was 8 PM, and they offered me a king room, which was not what I had chosen. The check-in line was extremely long, and there was only one person attending, which is not reasonable when everyone is tired.
The internet in my room was terrible. I tried to send some emails with attachments, but it didn’t work, so I had to go down to the reception. When I complained, they basically told me to take it up with the help desk.
The pool water was overly chlorinated, and it hurt our eyes. The gym’s water filter was overdue for service, with a red warning light indicating it needed maintenance.
The reception staff's attitude towards resolving problems was poor; they didn’t resolve anything.
In my opinion, the value of the hotel does not justify what it offers.
