The toilet didn't work. I wasn't in my room to discover this until late at night and didn't feel comfortable with them sending a maintenance guy into my room at midnight as they offered. Tried a plunger but no luck, it clearly was not functioning when the housekeeping service cleaned the room, so they shouldn't have booked me to stay there. Upon departure, I mentioned the issue and the desk clerk just shrugged. I wouldn't be surprised if they booked the room out again the following night.
In my experience staying here a few times, there's a big difference between the room quality in the two wings of the hotel. This room was a queen city explorer room. The king rooms I've stayed in have typically been pretty nice.
