I liked the overall layout of the property. We were very close to the pool and it was very helpful as we travelled with our two teenage children. It was close to Boston and easy for us to get into the city. Breakfast was good, and kept us from having to purchase another meal.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, and it looked like the cabinets in the kitchenette had some water damage due to water stains.

Air conditioning did NOT hold a cold temp during the days. We had it set at 66 and during the day the room would go to 72-74, even though we never changed the setting on the AC once we set it to 66.
Pool was almost cloudy in the deep end — could see ‘film’ on the water
