Negatives: Staff was less than helpful. No house keeping. Beds smaller than stated, full instead of queen. Train blew its horn all night long and the sound was too much to sleep through. No quality amenities nearby. Filthy rugs. Cracked ceiling. Not a nice place.

Negatives: The 2nd floor which I was staying had a fan in the hallway and I couldnt sleep because of noise. I complained to the front desk and they gave me another room just a few steps down the first room and I couldnt sleep so decided to checkout early
