Free breakfast is pretty good, hot & cold options, dine in & to go options, and decent variety. Soundproof rooms, more like sound dampened but still better than most other hotels. Rooms are fairly spacious, with a full kitchen fully equipped.
Negatives:
1/2 staff initiate w/guests; others only respond. Professional? Or preoccupied? Friendly language, irritated tone. Airport hotel means 24/7 TSA-lvl security; some will feel safe, others overly scrutinized or stalked.

The hotel was nice&clean; staff was helpful. The hot breakfast did not disappoint, great variety of food options, area was kept clean & well stocked. Parking is available in their private garage for a fee. Silver Line bus stop is 1 block away; super easy.
Negatives:
Only complaint is the proximity to the commuter rail crossing. The train horn was loud and ran frequently late in the evening/early morning hours.

First of all, we were 3 people and the room only had towels.And housekeeping never clean our room.I told the front desk and they claimed that they were short in staff.We had to ask for towels all 3 days.I forgot to mention that the safe was not working.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Lobby is comfortable. Breakfast was decent, although using real eggs for the scramble would be an improvement. All day coffee bar was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
We weren't told that it wasn't possible to have rooms with two beds instead of just one king, which wasn't ideal for our party, and they didn't clean our rooms once while we were there, which is disgraceful.
