Between Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Refund Policy

Positives: The entire hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. It felt very welcoming. There was a Coffee Station and it had several other drink options, not just coffee. I enjoyed the oatmeal at breakfast.

Negatives: The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that's almost expected. There was only a set of sheets and one very flat pillow provided for it though, no blanket. The suite was smaller than I expected.
