The Location was good ad expected in front of a mertro station.
Negatives:
We booked a room for 4 people. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, and only a bed for w was set. No sheets towels and pillows for two other people was not even in the room. After our complain, the brought part of the stuff (pillows were still missing), and we had to set the sheet on the sofa by ourselves. The sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. And the sleep was terrible.

Positives:
The hotel was very clean and close to the family we were seeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice being close to a train stop and cafes. Surprisingly, hearing the train go by only kept us awake the first night.
Negatives:
I really did not like the shower set-up. It was confusing trying to figure out how to turn them on and off. Not to mention with there being no lip on the floor to step over, the bathroom floor got wet. And for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast and not just coffee/tea.

Compared to other AC hotels, this one has the best breakfast and the friendliest waiter I've met in AC hotels. Everything was positive from the staff, the room and the hotel itself and the very good fitness center.

Positives:
Close to both the Reservoir and Cleveland Circle train stations. Room was a good size, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the bathroom was good. There was a good desk, plenty of lights, and plenty of power outlets. Wifi was good.
Negatives:
Only negative was that the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy. It worked fine, but was very noisy every time it cut in.
