The breakfast was supposed to be free and it wasn't - it was $40.00. I thought that was very deceiving.
I thought it was unfortunate that I could not workout until 7am which I needed to be on the road by then . I think this alone will cause you to miss a lot of opportunities. I travel with large groups for a soccer team and we need to go to a gym but will need to go where this is feasible. If you could open the gym by 5:30 or even 6am I think it would make a difference. Many places open at 5am or have 24/7 access. Please consider as this area has a huge soccer crowd for tournaments.

Positives:
The breakfast was overpriced at $18 per person. Most of the items were good however the sausage gave me serious distress after. Many stacked plates to use for food were dirty. Greeter and witress were nice.
Negatives:
We had serious sore throats from wet/moldy a/c-heater unit. Had to switch rooms a 2nd time because of this. I have pictures. Woman at desk with headress said manager was not availble all 3 days of stay lied to me and wouldn't accept call from my room number saying I didn't call. Called wife on cell phone to have her then call desk (while I was there)from room phone 3 seconds later desk phone rang.

It is a comfortable and convenient place to stay with very friendly employees and at a great value. I look forward to staying there next time I need to stay in the area.

The toilet didn't flush well and there are never enough towels at any hotel.

Staff, pillows, bed, grand feeling hotel.
Negatives:
Pool was a little sandy on the bottom and paint worn in the hot tub. Office chair in room had a ripped seat upholstery. A little warm looking. No towels at the pool and employee was unable to procure some. Had to go to housekeeping myself.

That the beds weren’t that comfy, it was $18 per person for a continental breakfast, the walls were to thin (could hear people talking) there were kids running up and down the halls on the 4th floor, and that there is no discount for the water park. Too expensive in my eyes…I won’t be staying at this hotel anytime soon
