Positives:
Good staff & room was good. Swimming pool & Gym & location near legacy boulevard.
We stayed in 2012 earlier. This time visited Massachusetts so stayed in same location.
Negatives:
1.Breakfast- sorry to say don’t know is it after Covid - the breakfast has gone bad, even simple eggs were not palatable. In 2012 proper fresh scrambled eggs were served.
2. Air conditioner- window AC had too much dust. But second day staff cleaned. But a mention was important

they are thieves charging me for 2 rooms when I only stayed in one house keeper stole my son's lacoste shirt and put charges on my card for something that had nothing to do with me and had bed bugs woke up with my face itchy and full of bumps

Pool is broken, so my son couldn’t swim. Our room was flooded from an unknown cause after an hour and a half of being there.. It happened before, but they never figured it out so they just kept letting people stay in the room. Ridiculously high priced room for the quality. And with that all being said, they still wouldn’t drop the rate
