The Staff was nice.. FRONT DESK STAFF WAS NICE, The Cleaning staff though.....the communication was LACKING due to a lot of them not speaking English...or at least that's what was said to me.." no English"....with a smile.. I asked for " more towels, she gave them to me..I closed my door, went to the lobby, came back and she was coming out MY ROOM. I was confused, I told her " I'm all set" and she left....I never asked for my room to be cleaned....I just asked for more towels, so there was no need for her to be in my ROOM....RIGHT????? PLEASE TELL MANAGEMENT THEY GOTTA DO BETTER. COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECTING OTHER PEOPLE'S PRIVACY GOES A LONG WAY ....

The hotel is dated and dingy looking, and the carpets are disgusting, especially in the hallways. There was also an unpleasant smell of URINE and smoke combined in the hallways..GROSS!!!! The pool area looked UNINVITING, an UNKEPT...Now let's talk about that KITCHEN/BREAKFAST...The dining area looks so old, dingy, who would want to EAT IN THERE?????You guys are serving cold almost FROZEN pastries, disgusting ....I also did not like that you charge $10 for parking, that's crazy to me as a customer who is already staying there, and no private parking lot...I spent $548.00 for 3 nights, definitely not worth it, I will NEVER STAY AT THE RAMADA AGAIN...JUST GROSS...... RAMADA has money, U guys need an UPGRADE ASAP...I will not suggest this Hotel to any family, friends or even my worse Enemy...Sorry but that's how disappointed and disgusted I AM.....
