Halls and room were very dirty. Mildew in shower and on ceiling. Rusty fixtures. Door lock did not work and safety latch broken off. Heat not on at arrival 59 degrees in room. Wall thermostats do not work. Did not come even close to the minimum expected.

Shower didnt work proper couldnt use the tub. The continental breakfast was not good. Coffee wasnt ready at 6. Waited for about 15 minutes, still not ready. The waffle mixture was like water. Made a mess.
