Comfortable beds love no carpeting

The front desk check-in has always been good. The rooms have always been very acceptable. The soaps and supplies inn the bathroom are great. I shop for price and the price is always better than most others

Sturbridge was an excellent place to base ourselves on our trip to New England. Thus hotel was the best, by far, of the 8 hotels we stayed in in our trip to the USA.

The WiFi wasn't very reliable but that's a minor point as we were out most days.

ACtually, the breakfast was fine. The coffee was not very good though. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. we dealt with 3 different ppl at the front desk because we had to add a night (Due to the passing of my mother in law) and they were very nice and accmodating.

I’ve been here before and was hoping for the same experience .

Communication with a certain staff member was horrible. Checking in and understanding the costs was a disaster. This employee was unable to listen and it turned ugly. After a long trip from Tennessee what I wasn’t looking for was a very uncomfortable experience and set a bad tone for the rest of the weekend. This could have been avoided with the employee understanding my concerns but chose not to listen and it made the situation ugly.
