Facility was clean but highly overpriced especially since the pool is closed. It mentions this on the sonesta website on a popup message at the bottom of the screen- but mentions it no where else and not at all on booking.com. needless to say I had some very upset 10 year old girls. This was got my daughters 10th birthday, all she wanted was to swim. So I found hotels with pools and this one said it was open. Apparently it's been closed since covid. Just wild. And when I was surprised by this information the staff in a very flat tone said its been closed for 4 years. The one fire pit that works on location was hogged by a single group of adults who quite literally acted like they owned it when I finally asked them to allow us to make smores. Apparently the other fire pit has been broken for forever, too. It's just not what we expected for the price and would love some money back. $560 for two rooms...plus 200 in deposits. For a head ache.

It was convenient for Gillette. We went to a show. I liked having sliders to the outside. We had a patio. There are also rooms with balconies. The bed was comfy. . Fridge and microwave are great. I love having access to my balconies and YouTube accounts on the tv

Very disappointed with our stay. First off, they provide ZERO shuttle service to Gillette stadium which is the most major event & less than 9 miles away! When they finally said yes, they were CHARGING us $25 per person PER WAY! We only came for one night for an event there. Then in the morning, typically there's a general pot of coffee at the main entrance for guests to drink as part of the stay. Coffee was there, but they were charging for it! Unreal
