- Baby wannabe cartel sitting outside smoking dope making my “smoke free” room smell worse like smoke
- every person walking around acting sketchy like I was gonna be robbed at any minute
- “neighbors” stomping around at 3 am
- piss poor parking lot exit safety
- can’t check out early if you go through third party app (not necessarily the property fault)
- claims to be close to historical locations but is 20+ minute average away
- caught a few people staring into my room
- $50 deposit through third party app
- found trash under bed

- room was ALOT smaller than expected

Don’t spare the extra $60/night...

coffee maker was broken, no fridge, rug was soaking wet and gross. no one cared, only comment was,"I'm sorry". First bad stay at a Red Roof.

lack of cleanliness, lack of staff, the smell of cigarettes in the room, the sink and bathtub clogged.

I wanted to take look at the room before check in. The stuff didn’t let me. So I decided to cancel. She informed me that I booked through 3rd party booking.com, so I should call booking.com.
When I call booking.com, I was told hotel decide if I can cancelled.
I didn’t check in, but was charged $138.
I called red roof inn, they told me they didn’t charge me.

The room smelled like mold and old cigarette smoke, the tub was covered in mildew/mold and there was a half used up toilet paper roll left, beds had huge indents and overall were not comfortable and the springs were loud. My family including my infant did not stay the night.

I do not recall "liking" anything. It was just a bed. It was clean, so I give it that.
Negatives:
I just think it was a bit too expensive for what it was. I did not realize that it was a motel. I also had my daughter take my car because I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there and there are no car chargers.
