Positives: Good location for our purposes in the area. Breakfast was pretty good though our first morning experience was better than the second where the steam table food (eggs, sausage, etc) wasn't hot. Front desk personnel were very friendly.
Negatives: Horrible pillows on the bed (old and flat), while in the shower found the shampoo container empty, facility is showing its age (apparently renovations are underway), need walk-in showers and chair height toilets (after all the majority of travelers are full-grown adults), the king bed (though the linens seemed to be for a queen bed) was dangerously close to the heat/AC unit creating a tripping hazard at night, the heat/AC is TOO LOUD, snacks available for purchase are overpriced.

Positives: Offered breakfast and had a 99 restaurant right across the parking lot.
Negatives: Called ahead to make sure that the pool was open. We chose to stay overnight the night before an event so that our kids to have some kid time and swim when we got there and then in the morning. We were assured that the pool was open. We drove 2 hours to get here (25 minutes past our event for the following day), just for the pool amenity. Upon arriving, there was a sign that the pool was closed and we found out it has been for a while. Nothing else there for the kids to do. We could have just made a day trip. Extremely disappointed. Not one person tried to help, we were just told that we should’ve called (after we did!).

Negatives: THE STAFF ROOMED DRUNK MEN NEXT TO US THAT CAME IN AND TALKED LOUDLY IN THE HALLWAY UNTIL MIDNIGHT, THEN WE WERE WOKEN UP AT 5 IN THE MORNING BY SOMEONE IN THAT SAME ROOM THROWING UP FOR AN HOUR! NOW WE KNOW YOU CAN'T CONTROL PEOPLES "HABITS", BUT WHOEVER DECIDED TO ROOM THIS BUNCH HAD TO KNOW THEY WERE DRUNK WHEN THEY WALKED INTO THE HOTEL. WHY DIDN'T THEY GET ROOMED SOMEWHERE THAT WOULDN'T DISTURB YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS??? WE DROVE QUITE A DISTANCE TO THIS FAMILY GET TOGETHER IN GREENFIELD, AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A "QUIET" ROOM. THEY PUT US ON THE 4TH FLOOR, WHICH WAS OKAY FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF NIGHTS, BUT THIS LAST NIGHT REALLY WAS TERRIBLE. OF COURSE WHEN WE TOLD THE STAFF ABOUT IT, THEY DID NOTHING. OH, AND WE PAID OVER $1,000.00, $200.00 PER NIGHT TO STAY HERE THINKING IT WOULD BE TOP NOTCH. ON THE WAY HOME, WE STAYED AT A COMFORT INN AND PAID LESS THAN HALF. IT WAS AS NICE OF A ROOM AS THAT AT THE HAMPTON.
