The person assigning rooms gave several people rooms that were already occupied. The halls smell like cigarettes and the entire place needs a deep cleaning.

High priced for conditions of hotel hot tub only had three jets with no direction covers so water just bubbled up and out of tub tub sidewalls need a good cleaning just gross and water needs to be changed dirty and oily pool was over flowing

Pool and jacuzzi did not appear clean -room was ok nothing stood out, staff was ok but charged us even though we paid through booking.com and it took a week to be refunded
