we liked the spacious room, which was clean.

the internet was down for our entire stay. the shower was broken, it was fixed, but not until later in the day. the hot tub was advertised, but was drained and roped off. we were charged extra for a 1/2 late check out.

I was charged $5 per day for parking, and they took $100US as deposit that is still not refunded. All of this was not mentioned before I booked the hote. I am extremly dissapointed

I have stayed in this hotel before and overall the experience has been great, but on of the from desk staff is always not that helpful at all, has bad costumer service, the way he talks to the customer is not friendly at all.

2 men tried to get into my room on separate occasions. One time their key worked! One time he said he was delivering pizza I didnt order. I didnt feel safe. Large barking dogs on the first floor.
