I awarded 1 star on anything for, because of a glitch between booking and marriott, they did not give me a room. I arrive 12AM after 5 hrs flight delay, no room, no alternatives, no other available locations. Nobody's fault? probably, but I had to spend the night in my car. the two entities I contacted to understand what happened told me to call the other one. brilliant. first time in 25 years of travels. grazie mille.
