We used this place as a stop over on the way back to Logan after a six hour drive. Location was fine with a large mall on the doorstep.

The overall facilities were fine. Included breakfast area and lobby were nicely updated and clean. Food was fine. Attached sports bar was nice for an evening meal. The staff was helpful and polite.
Negatives:
The elevator and hallways are a bit dingy and scuffed. The room was sized right with two queen beds. Yet, it only had an entryway light and 3 additional dim lamps, of which only 2 worked. I do have a sensitive nose, and the pillows smelled mildew-ish to me. My stay was very busy over the course of 40 hrs, so we did not mention it to the staff. Our final night, the toilet began to make periodic loud water running noises that kept us up... Again, not worth pointing out when we checked out at 5 a.m. Walls are also quite thin here. Neighboring and hallway noise can be expected. The complimentary shampoo bottle was empty.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower was dirty with visible grime and there was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom vanity. The first room we got didn't have a mini refrigerator. All hotel rooms should have one. We will not stay here again.

Breakfast is pretty substantial, good choice menu. The location is very close to the mall and Logan bus service. I like Hilton brand, used Hampton often - one Hampton is a bit better, another one is a bit worse.
Negatives:
Despite I'm so-called Hilton Honor member and used to stay at Hampton often - no discount offered. The administration of Natick Hampton removed computer and printer from computer room and wi-fi is too slow for iPhone to read emails on AOL or make print is not possible. There is some dust in the room and you can hear what your neighbors are doing at night through "soundproof" walls))
