One night stay, staff was...
Positives:
Nice rooms, we stood at top floor and had a nice view. Breakfast is good with healthy options.
Negatives:
First room was moldy, but we were able to switch and the second room was perfectly clean and fresh.
Hotel staff took down the info about the state of the first room smell and took swift action. So after all I think it does not degrade the overall quality,..this was likely just a glich and remediated right away.

Bar man had a very bad attitude towards us after we gave him a tip of $13 cash and pay our food and drinks bill with card he couldn't hide how angry he was which made us to be scared to go eat our dinner by the bar again the following night, he had no patience at all when i did not like the wine he was giving me to taste because he didn't have the one i want. His service was very cold.

Excellent location. The place was meant to be fun but everything appeared quite dated.
Negatives:
A lot of touching up and bringing up to date to do. Adjusting the shower head it felt like you could easily break it without intent. Please do not text me about my stay.
