Positives: Close to restaurants, Natick Mall, Logan Express.
Negatives: There was only 1 waste basket in the room, in the bathroom with no lining. No cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth. I left a tip for housekeeper but there was no note pad or pencil to say thank you with the tip. There was no cable channel list

Positives: The bed was so comfortable.
Negatives: The fact there was no fridge and microwave in the room. Also, they spent a ton of money on the decor for all the common areas and it felt like they skipped on rooms. Our toilet kept running and would have to wiggle the handle for it to stop. The picture frame in our room was broken. The bed side wall mounted lamp had pulled free from the wall and the screws were on the floor. The bedside outlet was loose and nothing would stay plugged in. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton owned property. We then had to pay for breakfast, which is fine, but the waitress never once came over to take our order, so we just went to the buffet, which the hot items were cold.
