“Room Service.” That was disappointing. The pancakes dropped in a cardboard box. No plates. No silverware. Scraping syrup off a piece of cardboard with a plastic fork is not “Room Service.” If it was advertised that you offered a Starbucks To Go/ Delivery service I wouldnt have been thrilled, but I wouldnt have expected “Room Service.” This is a poor look and you should reconsider it.

The first room we were in had a ceiling leak. The room was so damp. We didn't realize it until I sat in the chair in the corner and it was wet. The water from the shower in tub took a long time to drain. Our room was changed for nights 3,4 and 5.

The pool was great- there is an effort to make people feel comfortable at the bar. Didn’t eat there.
Negatives:
Room wasn’t cleaned properly- no soap refill in shower, wasn’t vacuumed.
We didn’t complain and when we left the front desk took it very seriously- I just expect at those prices not to have to say anything about such basics.
Also the showers by the pool and gum weren’t clean
